Information For Home Buyers

If you’re planning to enter the housing market as a buyer, it is recommended that you have a Buyer’s Agent. A Buyer’s Agent will work for YOU. They know the current local market, can find matching properties (sometimes before they are ever listed), and will help you negotiate a purchase price.

Once you have agreed to purchase a property, your Buyer’s Agent will work with the Seller’s Agent to orchestrate the various paperwork, inspections and such that need to be completed on schedule to keep the deal from falling through.

A Buyer’s Agent’s experience is invaluable and you need it working for you! I have over 23 years of experience helping people find and buy their homes in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. As your Buyer’s Agent, I will work for you, represent you and guide you and I will dedicate my time to finding a home that you love.

According to a recent study, buyers who use a Buyer’s Agent pay an average of 5% less than buyers who don’t. For a $300,000 home, that’s a difference of $15,000!
