The Pinery is a popular and desirable covenant controlled community located in Douglas County, Colorado. It is a “census-designated place” just south of the Town of Parker, north of Franktown and northeast of Castle Rock.

As of 2010, The Pinery’s population was 10,517.

Many of the properties in The Pinery offer gorgeous mountain views, some views as far reaching as Pike’s Peak. Other homes are nestled in wooded lots among aspen groves. Wildlife is abundant. Castlewood Canyon sits just south of the area.
