December 2018 Denver Metro Market Statistics

According to the latest marketing statistics from REcolorado, the Denver Metro market experienced increased inventory levels, as well as an uptick in the amount of time homes are spending on the market, giving your home buying clients more choices and a bit more time to find the perfect home. There is currently 7 weeks of inventory, three weeks more than last year.

In December, sales decreased 1% from last month and are down 17% from this time last year. The number of homes that moved to Under Contract in December was 7% higher than last year, indicating it was an active month. The price of a single-family home inched up 1% from last month, and as compared to last year, prices are just 4% higher.
