The Town of Parker is a popular and desirable community located in Douglas County, Colorado.

As of 2013, Parker’s population was 48,608.

Parker offers all the conveniences of urban living while retaining its small town vibe. It is convenient to the highway and is within quick commuting distance to Denver. But drive just a few minutes south and you can enjoy all the beauty that Colorado is famous for.

From the northernmost tip of town to the southernmost edge and beyond, gorgeous mountain views are abundant. Even Pike’s Peak can been seen in the distance. The Cherry Creek Trail runs north and south through Parker along Cherry Creek and is frequented by bicyclists and hikers. Castlewood Canyon sits just south of town.
